Mr. Feitel, a lawyer by education has been in the commercial real estate business since the mid-80’s. Having worked with Trammell Crow, and WRIT, Mr. Feitel was responsible for the management and leasing of significant portfolios of office and retail properties. Since 1996 his firm has specialized in the representation of medical and dental professionals with their commercial real estate needs. In addition, he has professionally represented several different HealthCare institutions. Moreover, his firm has leased millions of square feet of medical office space for a “who’s who” list of medical office building owners.

Also Mr. Feitel is recognized as an industry leader in Health Care Real estate and is a featured speaker in health care summits in Washington D.C. PA and New York. Having worked with hundreds of doctors, dentists and HealthCare providers over the years, Mr. Feitel has learned the “ins and outs” of medical/dental real estate. Since 1996 he has represented medical/dental real estate transactions in excess of $800,000,000.00. Sherry Feitel, Marketing Director

Since 2003 Ms. Feitel has been responsible for marketing the company to medical and dental practitioners as well as Health Systems. In addition she has “branded” the firm as THE Healthcare real estate brokerage firm in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast region.

Ms Feitel is responsible for dental and medical trade shows and getting HPRG in the forefront with speaking engagements and study group presentations. Moreover she assists in positioning listings in the most marketable fashion. Her duties also include branding, Google ad word campaigns, graphics, web design, trade shows, etc.

Charles Peacock, Vice President

Over the past 23 years, Charles has been involved with Maryland real estate sales & leasing, property management, real estate investment, and the construction industry. Charles has specialized in the representation of medical and dental professionals with their commercial real estate needs as well as representing several Medical building owners.

For the past five years Charles has specialized in representing dental professional with all of their commercial real estate needs, and is currently opening a new office almost weekly! He has been involved with many successful business start-ups and for-profit ventures. Charles is also currently involved with several non-profit organizations –including elderly and disabled housing located in Baltimore City. Charles is a licensed commercial real estate agent. In 1987, Charles graduated from Baylor University’s entrepreneurship program with a minor in real estate and a strong concentration in a business ethics curriculum.

Kenneth J. Smondrowski, Vice President

Ken Smondrowski has worked in commercial real estate in the Mid-Atlantic Region for 18 years. While at RMR, as Area Director, Ken was responsible for leasing and property management in offices in Baltimore, Silver Spring, Rockville and Fairfax, VA for a portfolio comprised of over 7.5m SF of commercial office space.  He has completed more than 30 lease transactions in the 1st 3 quarters of 2016, totaling over 850,000 SF including tenants ranging from the GSA, state and county governments, medical, industrial and general office tenants and retail users.

Ken Smondrowski is a board member of the Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Association of Greater Washington DC and received his bachelor’s degree from Emory University.

Sarah Feitel-Sanders, Vice-President

Sarah has been working with HPRG in the commercial real estate industry since 2007. Prior to her engagement with HPRG she was a sales manager with Surge Suppression Incorporated responsible for a sales force of near 20 employees. Over the past 6 years she has represented dozens of medical and dental professionals including Horizon Health care, Labcorp, Virginia Surgery Associates, Rockville Eye Associates and Shady Grove Radiology. She has also worked with a number of health care institutions such as INOVA and HCA.

Sarah has been involved with the development of medical real estate projects, some as substantial as 150,000 sf. Additionally, Sarah has developed a wealth of real estate knowledge while at HPRG, being trained by the top medical real estate broker in the Mid-Atlantic, Charles L. Feitel. Sarah is a licensed commercial real estate agent, a 2003 Graduate of Montgomery College and a Corporate member of the Montgomery county Medical Society.

Christopher Kaminski, Senior Associate

Chris Kaminski is an experienced sales professional with 2 decades of sales and sales management experience. Chris has extensive experience in telecom, account management, and pharmaceutical sales. Chris has cultivated relationships in all aspects of medical practices including primary care and specialty groups throughout the central PA area.

Chris has an Economics degree with a business focus from Penn State University. Chris resides in Central PA with his wife, two children, and two labrador retrievers.

Chaz Feitel, Senior Associate

Chaz Feitel graduated from the Pennsylvania State University in 2012 with degrees in Political Science and History.  He has been with the firm since the Spring of 2013 after learning the commercial real estate business under his father, Charles Feitel, and has since developed strong relationships with many dental providers and vendors alike, all of whom are vital to starting a practice.  He has vast experience in tenant representation, along with a quickly growing portfolio of listings for major real estate investment groups such as Douglas Development, Seavest Healthcare Properties, BROE Real Estate Group, and West End Capital Group.  Chaz has leased and sold over 200,000 square feet of retail, medical, and office space since starting his career in commercial real estate and highly values his client’s satisfaction with his services.

Bruno Santos, Senior Associate

Bruno Santos began his career in commercial real estate with Health-Pro Realty Group early in 2014. Since then, Bruno has actively worked with a number of doctors, dentists, veterinarians, and other medical professionals to help them find the perfect space for their practice, renegotiate their current lease, or relocate them to a new space. In addition, Bruno has also worked with Landlords, both small and large, to find them the right tenants for their medical properties. His experience in Medical and Dental real estate ensures that his clients get the most advantageous deal possible. Whether his clients are looking to purchase or lease, Bruno provides them with the market knowledge and expertise needed to navigate even the most complex deals. Bruno has developed strong business relationships with industry professionals in the Medical and Dental fields, ensuring his clients will have a strong team to help guide them along the way.

Bruno attended the University of St Andrews, where he majored in Economics and Philosophy. Bruno is a licensed commercial real estate agent and has been involved in lease and sales transactions totaling over 100,000 square feet. Prior to joining HPRG, he spent his time working as a customer service manager in the service industry. He was responsible for overseeing business operations, as well as managing up to 10 other employees.

Antonis Alexandris, Senior Associate

Antonis Alexandris is a licensed commercial real estate agent. He has leased, managed, and sold over 100,000 square feet of commercial real estate. He has successfully brokered lease renewals that have saved his clients tens of thousands of dollars over the lifetime of their lease. As an avid blogger on social media, he gives real estate advice to those that are still in school, just beginning their career, and to those that are looking for an exit strategy for retirement. Mitchell Utz, Practice Transition Specialist

Mitch has an extensive background in the Dental industry, spending the last 30 years in sales and management positions in the dental industry.  His drive to build and develop his own independent dental supply business was accomplished in 1992, and was sold in 1996 to the Henry Schein Company.

Mitch has successfully transitioned dental practices over his years in the industry, and is well respected for his professionalism, as well as his understanding of the “business of dentistry”.  Results oriented and highly motivated, has helped him to be a successful contributor.
